In 2013, Amanda the Panda will touch over 1,100 lives through core programs and we are projecting another 1,000 through follow up services, school visits, and community outreach. Your support is critically needed to fund the good work done through Amanda’s services. The Colors of Hope Festival is our premier annual fundraising event to provide funding  for the free bereavement services we offer to children and adults who have experienced the death of a loved one.  We provide 8-week support groups that meet Monday evenings in the fall, winter and spring.  We provide two weekend camps per year for adults and children individually to work through their grief in productive ways.  We provide holiday support; an annual holiday party and cheer boxes. Cheer boxes contain 25 individually wrapped gifts that are opened daily by family members starting on December 1.

Often individuals, children in particular, find it difficult to express their grief in productive ways.  The intent is to show them meaningful and effective ways to cope with their grief and anger and give them the tools and support necessary to help them lead happy, healthy lives.   These services are often cost prohibitive for many and that is why we offer it free of charge; so that economic status doesn't impact their access to effective bereavement support.  


Colors of Hope Festival Sponsorship Benefits    

• Presenting Sponsor ($5,000) - Your organization will share naming rights with Amanda the Panda for the race and festival activities.  Your name and logo will be prominent on all festival promotional materials and media advertisements.   Recognition as Presenting Sponsor in ATP newsletters, on the Website and Online Event Registration  Name and logo prominently featured on Start/Finish Line Banner at the 5K and event stage  Name and logo on registration forms and all promotional materials  Name and logo on runner and volunteer t-shirts   Right to provide promotional items, coupons, etc. for race goodie bags

• Festival Contributor ($ 100) - Participate in our vendor festival  Bring your tent to sell food, beverages, services and items  Right to provide promotional items, coupons, etc. for race goodie bags

• Prizes for Awards: Donate a prize package starting at $25 value

• By credit card online –Through Amanda the Panda’s website www.amandathepanda.org. Click on the “Donate Now” button in the bottom left corner of the home page.   

With either payment method, please note “Colors of Hope Sponsor” and provide contact information so we may communicate with you to collect any additional information needed for event promotional purposes.
Your tax-deductible donation is currently being accepted and requested no later than April 1, 2013.
